Community Guidelines
UNTIL ONE is a dating app with events, profiles, matches and messaging. These rules apply to your profile, your conversations and your conduct at events.
1. UNTIL ONE is for adults only
You must be 18 or older to create an account and use UNTIL ONE. Do not create a profile for a minor or post a photo or information that identifies a minor.
2. Treat other members with respect
Treat everyone respectfully, even when they do not want to continue a conversation, match or date.
The following are not allowed:
- harassment, repeated insults, intimidation or threats;
- discriminatory statements or behavior, including discrimination based on origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation or disability;
- pressuring someone to reply, meet, start a relationship or engage in sexual activity;
- unwanted sexual behavior, including persistent sexual messages or sending sexual content that was not requested;
- ignoring someone’s refusal or contacting them again after they have clearly asked you to stop.
Respect a refusal, a lack of response and the end of a conversation.
3. Represent yourself honestly
Your profile must reflect who you are. Do not impersonate another person or provide important false information, especially about your age.
Use photos that show you and that you are allowed to share. Do not post nudity, photos of minors, dangerous scenes or photos of another person without their permission. Do not use misleading photos or information to obtain money, personal information or a date.
4. Communicate with consent
Before sharing contact details, personal information or intimate content, make sure the other person agrees. Never share a member’s contact details, messages, photos or other personal information without their consent.
Do not distribute someone’s intimate content without their permission. Consent must be freely given and can be withdrawn at any time.
5. Do not use UNTIL ONE for illegal or dangerous activity
You may not use the app to commit or facilitate an offence, scam, threaten or exploit someone, or violate another person’s rights.
Do not post content that puts someone in danger or violates their rights, including their image rights, privacy or intellectual property rights.
6. Report concerning behavior
You can report a profile from its preview using Report profile, or a conversation from its thread using Report conversation. The form lets you choose a reason and add details. Details are required to report an account that appears to belong to a minor or immediate danger. Reporting a profile or conversation closes the related thread and blocks that match for both members. The case may include the profile snapshot or thread messages needed for review.
If someone is in immediate danger, also contact local emergency services when necessary. Our team may advise you to do so and may contact emergency services if it believes a call is necessary. The team’s response does not replace emergency services or guarantee anyone’s safety.
7. What may happen after a report
Authorized reviewers may examine a report, request or review relevant information, and decide whether to keep or remove the reported content. Depending on the facts, measures may range from a warning to a suspension of 1 to 365 days or a permanent ban. Decisions and their main reasons are recorded. Active or permanent sanctions do not end automatically when a retention period expires. Any referral to authorities must be decided case by case under the circumstances and applicable obligations.
You may ask for a sanction to be reviewed by emailing support@until-one.com. The publisher will review received requests manually. The in-app appeal form has no active delivery channel; use email instead. The response timeframe must be set before activation.
These guidelines describe the behavior expected in the UNTIL ONE community. They do not constitute legal approval of the site’s other documents.
